How we work
We build systems that are meant to be relied on, and that shapes the decisions made early. Dangerous states take deliberate effort to enter. Records are superseded rather than deleted, so what a thing said last month stays answerable. When something a system depends on fails, it fails safely rather than quietly corrupting what it was trusted with.
We also try to build tools that make the person using them better at their job rather than dependent on the tool. A system that does the thinking produces someone who cannot think without it, and a customer who never stops needing you is a worse business than one who gets good.
